Will "Sleepy" Richmond has been summed up by many as being "one of the coolest guys" you'll ever meet. Starting from humble beginnings, he was first introduced to the world of entertainment by none other than Will Smith. During an interview in the early 90's in St. Louis, Missouri, Sleepy had the opportunity to meet Mr. Smith and developed a great repor. So much to the point that Mr. Smith introduced him to various "need to know" people in Los Angeles, California where he helped to set up job interviews. Sleepy went to California and started an internship at Warner Bros. Records. This opportunity led to better opportunities such as jobs at MCA Records (Now Universal Records), Tony Haynes Media Group and eventually Motown Records were he remained for 12 great years working with the likes of Boyz II Men, Queen Latifah, The Temptations and the late, great Wayman Tisdale.Working in the entertainment industry provided a wealth of knowledge, lasting friendships and immeasurable experience of how keeping people entertained. The Monte Christo Group, LLC, was formed in 2010 and it is his first company started from the ground up. It has successfully developed into what can be called a great opportunity to give back to the entertainment community and the world.
