• Managed design, construction documents, permitting, and construction administration for 4 commercial interior renovations for our client, Wood PLC• Managed design and construction administration on 40,000 s.f. interior renovation for the Pharmedium Facility in Sugarland, TX. This project included 2 construction phases with a $7M budget for clean rooms• Established 4 new client relationships for 7 new projects with over $500,000 in design fees
