Engineering & Project Manager for a dynamic privately held marine services and ocean engineering company. Manager for twenty in house and contractor personnel who were responsible for the design, build, maintenance, and upkeep of multiple full ocean depth sonar and geophysical instrumentation platforms including the shipboard equipment required to deploy these systems. Responsible for the planning and logistical support and profit and loss for worldwide engineering and survey operations including on-site management of these projects.

Thorough knowledge of design and operation of engineering plant equipment including: heat exchangers, hydraulic plants, pneumatic systems (compressors and reducers), steam turbines, diesel engines, lube oil systems, pumps (multi-stage centrifugal and positive displacement), valves, water chemistry control, electric power generation and distribution (AC & DC generators, bus work, breakers), as well as plant parameter monitoring and control equipment (electronic instrumentation systems for level, temperature, flow). Implemented extensive preventive and corrective maintenance programs for the same systems. Served as plant shift supervisor during both shutdown maintenance and operational periods.
