Since leaving the City and joining Keystone I have been a part of the firm's rapid rise to a Top 100 law firm and its journey to become the third listed law firm in England.I head up the Operations Team at Keystone Law and ensure that our lawyers have access to top flite support services, which in turn allows them to offer a first class service to their clients. I am involved in everything in the firm from assisting our MD on strategy, promoting our collegiate and entrepreneurial culture to leading on matters of compliance.I also oversee our training and logistics functions and work hand in hand with our IT Director, Maurice Tunney on the development of our in-house technology to ensure it meets the needs of our business.
