In addition to my role as DP Coordinator, I undertook the following duties:+ Whole School Timetabling/scheduling, including:--- Curriculum balancing, and rebalancing to take account of a changing curriculum.--- Teacher, class and room allocations.--- Production and dissemination of whole-school timetable.--- Staff duty rotas.--- Daily cover for absent staff.+ Strategic Planning and construction:--- The future development of the school infrastructure and systems.--- Project managing all developments with multiple contractors on site to suit the changing requirements of the school.--- Inspecting contractors construction drawings and ensuring quality of materials and workmanship.--- Designed building alterations, drainage solutions, playgrounds, pool alterations and safety fences.--- Consulted extensively on a new building project to maximise future usage and value for money.--- Auditing, predicting and specifying new classroom equipment and furniture.--- Designing and producing technical drawings for bespoke furniture to meet specific requirements.--- Predicting future staffing requirements and combinations.+ Interviewing prospective staff.+ Conducting prospective parent meetings, admissions testing and interviews, and writing post assessment feedback letters to parents.+ One of three people to implement a 1-to-1 laptop programme, with particular focus on new technologies and affordability. + Member of the Communications committee which undertook to implement improvements to all aspects of electronic communications between students, parents, teachers and the wider community.+ Presentations to parents, teachers and the governing body on many of the various topics listed above.+ Writing new and returning faculty orientation programmes at the start of the academic year.
