Throughout my tenure at American Eagle, I consistently demonstrated a proactive approach to new challenges and expanded responsibilities. My journey at American Eagle commenced as the Supervisor of Production at AFW, where I supervised the Boeing 767 Main Base Visit Line, concurrently managing the Safety Committee and its recommendations. Following this, as the Director of Maintenance at American Eagle in XNA, I played a pivotal role in setting up a maintenance base, impacting the reliability and MEL rate of the CRJ-700 and earning recognition as the 2004 American Eagle Manager of the Year. Finally, as the Managing Director of Line Maintenance at DFW, I took charge of aircraft maintenance for the Western Region, ensuring the availability of necessary resources for Base and Regional Managers within policy guidelines. I successfully implemented initiatives to enhance performance, safety, compliance, and economic efficiency, fostering a high-accountability work environment for a substantial workforce of over four hundred TWU employees and thirty-two management employees. This trajectory underscores my adaptability, leadership capabilities, and unwavering commitment to achieving excellence in the aviation industry.

Exhibiting an entrepreneurial spirit, I co-founded Team Aviation in Smyrna, Tennessee, where I served as Owner Operator from May 1991 to January 2001. During this period, I performed reciprocating engine overhauls, conducted 100-hour/annual inspections on light aircraft, and executed power enhancement modifications to experimental aircraft engines. A testament to my leadership, I successfully employed and managed a team of up to fifteen mechanics. Alongside this venture, as the Lead Mechanic at Corporate Flight Management, I played a crucial role in managing the Garrett TPE 331 overhaul shop. In this capacity, I was responsible for the tear down, inspection, and assembly of engines, evaluating and advising customers on unforeseen damage costs. Notably, I participated in every initial confidence flight after overhauls. Before that, as a Mechanic at Corporate Airlines, I performed all phases of maintenance on Jetstream 32 aircraft, serving as one of the original six mechanics hired to launch a new regional carrier. These experiences underscore my hands-on approach, innovative mindset, and commitment to advancing aviation expertise.
