As the Cyber Operations Flight Chief, I served as lead cyber advisor to the Cyber Operations Flight commander and managed 24/7 Cyber operations and IT support for Air Combat Command Global Command and Control System (GCCS) networks. • Managed and led a 26 FTE Cyber Operations and Network Engineers support squadron providing Command and Control (C2) cyber operations and IT support for ACC networks and systems • Managed $21M 24/7 cyber ops and IT support for 628 users, 5 Numbered Air Forces, and 7 Combatant Commands across 21 Sites. • Led cyber transport and troubleshooting support for $4.15B Intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance program. • Led the ACC-wide analysis and implementation of Cyber Policies impacting Global Force of 143K personnel across 35 wings supporting over 1K aircraft. • Led the analysis, design, and and reengineering of manual ACC Security Patching and Remediation processes and requirements; and developed and implement a Automated Patch Management System (PMS) resulting the immediate resolution of all known vulnerabilities. As a result, our PMS was able to detect, deploy patches, and remediate vulnerabilities 88% faster than the rest of the C2 Enterprise. • Led the development and implementation of ACC Continuity of Operations Plan (COOP) requiring the coordination and planning of over 80 contractors, technical SME, senior leaders, and General Officers, and resulted in 100% availability of services and cyber operations during natural disasters. • Led the implementation of infrastructure and capabilities for ACC COOP sites sites. • Developed, implemented, and institutionalized the use of Agile and Scrum Methods resulting in the first approval of an Authority to Operate (ATO) for GCCS. • Developed and Taught cybersecurity courses on MITRE ATT&CK framework and Web application penetration testing.
