Assembly of service rigs, testing, set up of systems and commissioning of components.

Inspect and repair pump and components to support plant operations

Work in the Maintenance group of Paramount Res. Maintaining pumps, air compressors, pump jacks, plunger pumps, centrifugal pumps.

Disassemble and inspection of Top Drive components for drilling companies.

Pipeline Inspector

Production Lead hand- Maintain a steady flow of material to the production mechanics. Ensure the proper revisions of drawings were being used to assemble Top Drive and sales order units. Work with new employees to train them in proper procedures and assembly methods. Ability to arrange for service work in house or to be sent out. Hot Shot parts for immediate rework repairs to vendors. Keep daily production operations flowing while production foreman was on vacation. Run production, tool box, social committee and safety meetings. Order fasteners, fittings and shop supplies for production workers.; Ensure the quality of picks delivered to the build floor were picked accurate and in a timely manner. Direct packaging workers of the daily tasks and shipments. Identify parts that have lost the labels, when ever needed.

Visual verification and quality of the product in the assembly and final testing of each unit.Verify the assembled equipment is correct to the engineering specifications and drawings, verify recorded serial numbersof parts on each build, investigate assembly issues during assembly, verify the packaging and completeness prior to equipment shipment,investigate field complaints during the initial rig up of the unit. Fall’01- May’07- Tesco Service and Repair Laborer- clean and organize shop, Servicing of forklifts, service truck fleet, shop equipment. Indenture in the Millwright trade. Serial number documentation process, assist with the rewriting of the recertification documentation. Oversee the repairs of Top Drive components by vendors.Commissioning and testing units with dynometer,packaging and shipping of Top Drives and components.
