I supervise member service operations at the member service desk in the University of Cincinnati Campus Recreation Center. I have had the opportunity to work with various different students at the University, in which I have learned various different skills working in such a diverse environment. I have worked on various projects including membership sales analysis, team collaboration, and others. My favorite project I worked on involved the interview and hiring process of member service staff members. This opportunity allowed me to improve my interview skills as well as gain a better perspective of the interview process.

In my role as a financial analyst at PECO I had the opportunity to work with various members from the finance team, which helped elevate my communication skills and team collaboration. I was exposed data analysis tools such as S&P Pro to provide peer market data to company executives. My role pushed me to be comfortable using excel and excel functions, specifically excel analysis tools. My Favorite project a worked on at Phillips Edison was a tenant classification project in which I created an excel workbook used to check more than 200 of the company's local tenants to see the accuracy rate of AI's classification of PECO's tenants and potential roots of misclassification. This project gave me great experience in using excel analysis tools and functions as well as practice in presenting valuable data to company managers.

During my time at GNC I was in charge of basic store operations and creating an environment focused on benefiting the customer. Through this experience I became very knowledgeable on nutritional supplements and health, which is a topic I am passionate about. This job helped to develop and elevate my customer service skills and ability to make meaningful relationships. My favorite aspect about this job was genuinely connecting with the customer to help them achieve their fitness or lifestyle goal.
