• Partner with Banks to understand and implement their fraud policies.• Conduct proactive review and analysis on fraud trends and customer transaction data to develop comprehensive fraud detection strategies and rules that balance fraud loss, cost of execution and customer experience.• Monitor and optimize existing fraud strategies in order to reduce false positive rates and increase fraud detection rates.• Closely monitor market trends• Work closely with the Call Center to execute case management/calling strategies to produce desired results.• Make business decision by engaging partners and clients.• Work closely with the Back Office to ensure fraud strategies are aligned to fraud research and investigation process/goals.• Generate fraud metrics to demonstrate the performance of the fraud service for use in management reports.• Develop fraud operational and management dashboards/reports on a scheduled basis.• Ability to effectively communicate results at an operational level to executive level.• Prepare fraud dashboards with key fraud measurements like False Positive Rates & Fraud Basis Points.
