On a team of 4, created a Plan For Every Part (PFEP) to optimize Stier’s inventory management process, including picking, replenishment, reorder points, and safety stock.Created the PFEP with vital warehouse information for 93 parts in Stier’s stairs inventory.Pioneered new metrics for reorder point, safety stock, replenishment frequency, overflow percentage, and picking frequency.Developed heat maps and decision trees that optimized picking and storage overflow locations to better manage inventory. Implemented through a Plan, Do, Check, Act process with strong positive impact on identifying and correcting picking location and bin replenishments.

Worked with Dematic GTP, Safelog AGV, and Modula VLM automations. Main role: Creation of a shared web page for automation implementation process Collected contact information and materials from various sources. Developed a standardized SOP template for Sonepar. Created an automation project playbook highlighting major players and stages.

Worked with recruiters and hiring managers and saw all aspects of the hiring process. Conducted a summer long research project to improve Blackbaud’s hiring process. I applied new trends to create a potential new process for Blackbaud going forward. Tackled multiple side projects for different teams within People and Culture while staying on top of my main project.
