To oversee facilities activities, from Engineering, project management, procurement and fabrication, to staffing, employee training, technical writing and maintenance. My responsibilities start at the front door and continues in every aspect of our facility, until the flue gas leaves the stack. I worked on developing relationships as well as state of the art Gasification Equipment. From vendor contracts to MDEQ interactions. Manage and direct Mechanical Engineering, Design and Development of HTI equipment and systems. We focus on continuous improvement of existing products as well as development of State Of the Art equipment such as Super High Temperature, Gas to Gas Ceramic Heat Exchangers (CHx), Pyrolyzing Thermal Processors of waste products and Biomass as well as Starved Air Gasification equipment.Responsible for leading the Design group from conception to manufacturing level drawings. Utilizing in-house and contract Design and Engineering resources to develop a variety of components and equipment capable of satisfying power production requirements. From small scale automation, to large scale pressure vessels operating at 2000F.Also responsible for invoicing to customers and labor tracking for entire company.

Ran multiple jobs as lead applications engineer, including cut-ins of new or improved equipment into existing facilities as well as new warehouse installations. Participated in many commissioning trips as well as facilities start ups. Directly Involved in developing new sortation and merge line control logic. Utilized one-off conveyor components to solve unique customer specific challenges. Participated in project planning and post mortem reviews. Interacted directly with the customer. Provides written and verbal updates on a regular basis.

Worked as an onsite contractor at Johnson Controls Interiors in the overhead products group as a Resident Engineering in charge of multiple vehicle platforms. Responsible for all product changes to over-head consoles and visors. Regularly interacted with supplier and OEM regarding product issues and improvements. Presented solutions to OEM project teams. Worked with prototype shop and validation lab to test and prove solutions prior to tooling changes. Converted component details from original print copies to digital format. Participated in launch group for new vehicle head liner and over head rail system as Quality Representative and Applications Engineer, evaluating stack up issues in design versus manufacturing. Worked directly with manufacturer to correct issues.At Disher offices for last 2 months, cross-training on CATIA V5.

3D cad operation for machine design and retrofits. Developed new testing methods and fixtures. Re-designed and replaced antiquated assembly equipment with simplified single operator works stations to increase efficiency and reduce down time. Updated and maintained parts crib for entire facility.
