4-week internship program with the Atlanta Midtown structures team. Exposure to both horizontal and vertical structures included steel and precast concrete bridges, parking structures, and unique renovation/analysis of existing buildings and bridges.

Structural engineering intern in the Telecommunications group. Office and field work on small cell, macro, and rooftop sites. Performed various forms of structural analysis on existing utility poles and antenna mounting equipment. Developed and checked construction drawings for cell sites across the southeast.

Working part-time during the spring 2019 semester as an intern with DSI's project managers. Responsibilities include regular site visits/inspections, attending OAC meetings, writing submittals, RFI's, and proposals, and overseeing day-to-day operations of multiple projects at once.

10-week internship program. 8 weeks spent on a bridge crew as a construction worker where responsibilities included building forms, pouring concrete, tying steel, and rubbing/finishing concrete. 2 weeks spent in the office working with staff engineers in the estimating department. Responsibilities included using Bluebeam for various area and pipe takeoffs.
