I negotiate deals and write contracts. I articulate design parameters and product development. I build project proformas and secure financing. I develop scope of work and bid specifications. I handle bidding and contract administration. I provide onsite construction management of horizontal and vertical construction. I oversee quality control and customer service. I even direct sales and marketing. I can project manage the entire holistic process or I can focus exclusively on any of the separate elements of that process.
