Will was responsible for designing and delivering the programme management practices for the Committee, including reporting progress to the CEO level and senior members of the UK government and International Olympic Committee and International Paralympic Committee. He was responsible for reporting to the UK Prime Minister on readiness to deliver the Olympic Torch Relay. He also managed the design and provided programme management of two of the main organisation governance forums – working closely with the LOCOG Chairman and the LOCOG Chief Executive Officer. During the Games, will was responsible for helping run the Olympic Tennis Tournament at Wimbledon and Paralympic Wheelchair Tennis Tournament at Eton Manor (Olympic Park), managing a team of around 40 Games Makers (volunteers).
