As Area Manager with LAZ Parking, I was focused on growing and maintaining the Austin Market, one of the fastest growing markets in the country. I operated 42 different and unique locations and LAZ is currently managing approximately 60% of the Stalls in Austin. Our team operated self-park, Attended parking, Parking Garages and Valet locations for a wide variety of clients. Our customers are from every market in Austin and our operation during SXSW is absolutely amazing. The Austin Team is a great group to work with and for. This position required me to change gears quickly and frequently to keep up with the pace of this ever-changing and growing City.

In this role, I was in charge of the entire parking operation for The Historic Driskill Hotel. This hotel has been awarded the Four Diamond Award Since 2000. General Manager of Parking Services on Maui and Hawaii Islands. In charge of a wide variety of surface lots, parking garages, State Parks, Maui Memorial Hospital, office buildings, valet parking and all staffing required to operate up to 13 locations at any given time. Business development was one of my top priorities. During my time in Hawaii, I wrote a proposal for the Hapuna Beach Park and won RPNW's first location ion the Big Island of Hawaii. Hapuna Beach Park is a the largest white sand beach in Hawaii and is world renowned and is still operated by RPNW today.
