With over 24 years of experience in the industrial construction industry, I am a seasoned and versatile leader who can manage complex projects, develop strategic partnerships, and deliver exceptional results. As the Vice President of Business Development at Fagen Inc., I am passionate about pursuing new opportunities, creating value for our clients, and building long-term relationships. I bring diverse perspectives and experiences to the team, having worked on a wide range of projects across different sectors, such as power, ethanol, biomass, and food processing.In my current role, I am responsible for the preconstruction efforts on industrial opportunities, including marketing, business development, estimating, and contract negotiation. I leverage my skills in contract management, project estimation, and Oracle Primavera to provide accurate and competitive bids, manage risks, and optimize resources. I have successfully secured and executed multiple large-scale and complex projects, such as the 200 MW wind farm in Iowa, the 150 MMGY ethanol plant in Nebraska, and the $500 million food processing facility in Minnesota.
