The club has its share of Celebrities and even a Member of the Royal Family. My job was to make sure that all of my trainers were providing a first class Personal Training service to their clients and to the members. This was achieved by carrying out one to one's, development, support and coaching with the trainers, team meetings, in house training, work shops and seminars, and making sure that the trainers furthered their skills by going on courses and educational workshops. I myself had targets to hit in excess of £40,000 per month in P.T revenue. I achieved this by making sure my trainers hit their individual targets of selling and delivering P.T sessions per week. I also sold P.T sessions myself and matched the perfect trainer with the right client. All of this was achieved by quarterly, monthly and weekly planning, reporting and daily tracking. I also covered risk management and payroll, ordering and budgeting for new gym equipment, duty manager role, pool and plant operator duties.I was also in charge of running recruitment days and recruiting new members of staff, conducting assessments and interviews. We also worked along side and trained the B.D.F (Belizean Defence Force).Other tours included Bosnia, during the war, where I was involved with the United Nations as a peace keeping Force, to stop and prevent Ethnic Cleansing. Patrols of the cities, Towns and local villages. Interaction with the locals, helping with humanitarian aid, protecting the local population, administering first aid, rebuilding local schools, monitoring the war and troop movement and clearing mine fields. I was also tasked with Close Protection Duties for the Media, the Prime Minister and secretary of Defence.Another tour was the Former Yugoslavia, where I worked for NATO. My jobs there was to collect weapons, munitions, explosives from the local people and from their towns and villages.Shortly after moving on to another war torn country Kosovo, where I worked in a close Protection/ Sniper team, protecting world leaders for the NATO/UN peace keeping summit.A lot of my time was also spent in Northern Ireland, Belfast and south Armagh. My job there varied from Anti- Terrorism roles, Public Order Platoons for the marching seasons, Close Observation of known terrorists, counter surveillance, VCP's (vehicle check points), House searches and individual searches for Pyrotechnics, Patrols, Guarding of RUC stations, sangers and Military camps, Vehicle Patrols and chase cars (close protection in un marked cars to vip's),Snatch team(lead arrest unit).
