Led a team of engineers and suppliers to insure that not a single part was rejected during pilot/launch for the 1998 Lincoln Towncar. At that time Textron's Q-1 Quality Rating was in jeopardy. The team was successful in preventing the Q-1 loss. Parts included Door Trim, Hard Trim and Instrument Panel Trim. Show less

As Program Manager on the 1997 Jeep Cherokee Instrument Panel, led a combined team of Textron, Chrysler and Branson Ultrasonics that developed the largest application for sonic welding. This allowed for part system integration eliminating typical steel cross car beam construction and replaced it with a structural air duct design. This reduced part count by 15, weight by 10 pounds and part cost $10 and tooling cost by $100,000.
