I provide private tuition for all ages, experience levels and interests. I have a passion for music that follows through in my tuition. I believe in engaging, fun and informative lessons that are structured and delivered to individual needs. I have a great love for the flexibility music can offer from playing for fun or studying towards examinations. I currently provide tuition for Flute, Clarinet, Piano and music theory to grade 8 standard.My experience includes teaching in primary and secondary schools and being involved in youth ensembles in my local area. My lessons are aimed to encourage creativity, passion, accuracy, rounded musical knowledge and engagement. This role encompassed the customer journey from start to finish ensuring excellent service, efficient processes and continuing to input company safeguards.As a trainer, I oversee all training given to the data validation teams ensuring packages are engaging with relevant content. In addition, creating personal development plans tailored to individual needs to ignite passion and engagement within people's roles. As a quality manager, I oversee the quality of both our processes and service we give, analysing MI, customer feedback and creating new initiatives to proactively solve defects. This role has given a platform to project manage and create a learning and development programme for others in the business, whilst keeping in mind the needs of the business and safeguarding against fraud.
