-Work on property data sheets and contracts with managers and maintenance employees. -Oversee the Trinity 43rd Apartments with about 120 tenants and provide any help needed for them so that they are having the best experience possible.-Give tours and help with move-ins with tenants at our apartment buildings.-Work on the payroll via Paylocity and help with the bi-weekly payments. -Do any other filing jobs or labor that is needed in the office or at the various properties that 206 owns around Seattle. -Complete numerous projects that the company needs to be done in order to run smoothly.

Responsible for multiple children between the ages of 12-16 working 12-hour days. There were planned activities, and I looked out for the well-being of the teens.

I work as an intern for the Tyee Club in the University Washington Athletic Department. I help them plan donor events, organize NIL/athletic donations, and do any other office work needed.
