• Supervisor of the Control Centre at Brookfield Place. Confirming all records are up to date, and making any improvements to increase productivity.• Acting Shift Supervisor and BCCO when needed. (vacation, sickness, vacancy)• Training and mentoring guards to become a Building Control Centre Operator, as well becoming a Shift Supervisor

• Acknowledge any given form of information/request in reference to the property of Brookfield Place. This includes alarm activation, PATHComm, Simplex Grinnell TrueSite Workstation alerts, CCURE, radio, phone and etc.• Dispatch the necessary response such as dispatching Security to investigate, advising Building Operators, contacting First Responders and etc.• Document the information that is given and response- this includes but not limited to: medicals, entrapments, fires, individual removals and duress.• Conduct video reviews/write up for reports.• Conduct Key Audits- both monthly and nightly.• Keeping an update shift log, key and radio sign out log and other miscellanies tasks such as lost & found, fire watches and etc.• Issue Hot Work permits as well updating work permits status- this includes expiring permits, turning on or off a Bypass for a floor or a Global Bypass (complex).

• Building Security for the property of Brookfield Place.• Continuous conducting interior and exterior patrols within the property of Brookfield Place.• Investigate and or document reports, such as noise complaints, damage, theft and etc.• Responding as a team and conducting a role for occurrences such as medical, duress, fire, elevator entrapment and etc.• Conducting other daily tasks, such as traffic control, fire inspections, accesses, and etc.• Assist tenants and visitors of the building with answering questions or escorting.• Remove individual(s) from the property that violates building policy.

• Monitored Branch 322 halls during events that occurred on Friday and Saturday nights.• Kept patrons from leaving the hall with their alcoholic drinks- as per legion policy.• Assisted the Bartenders with stocking, cleaning, and etc.
