CurrentDevelop curriculum development for job training activities.Support comprehensive programs/schedules and facilitate training activities and workshops to enhance youth skills and employability. Develop and implement employment and training policies and forms.Provide training on job search techniques, workplace expectations/etiquette, and professional development.Offer job coaching, interview preparation, and resume writing assistance to enhance youths’ employability and success in the job market.Collaborate with training providers, educational institutions, and industry partners to offer relevant training opportunities aligned with labor market demands.Collaborate with SETS on new and expanded initiatives and employment-related events in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.Build and maintain relationships with employers to facilitate job placements and externships and maintain a network of job opportunities.Negotiate job placements, coordinate interviews, and follow up with employers and youth to ensure successful placements.Promote workforce diversity and inclusion initiatives in collaboration with employers.Instruction and FacilitationAdminister and interpret career exploration and assessment tools (i.e. ONET, etc.) to participants to effectively guide youth in choosing a career path.Facilitate employability skills training courses, including but not limited to the Culture of Problem Solving, Conflict Resolution, Restorative Practices, Social Emotional Learning, and Customer Service and Sales. Work with employers to identify specific skills they are seeking and incorporate into courses.Implement hard skills (Occupational Skills Training) and soft skills training (cover letter, resume, etc.).Develop training modules and workshops for program participants.Collaborate with Navigational Coaches to place youth in respective work experiences/employment opportunitiesCoordinate and implement events....
