Separately, advised Centrica fund on three development underwrites, acquisition costs totalling £115m.

Development Manager for Swansea City Centre. Initial plan for 220,000 sqft of retail, hotel, restaurants, 50 residential units and a 3,500 seat Arena. Development Manager appointed to progress the redevelopment of the Maltings Shopping Centre, Salisbury. Also assisted the wider team with the letting of the Picturehouse Cinema in Chester and with preparations for the CPO.

Development Manager of Ealing Filmworks development. Role included; - Leasing the new Picturehouse Cinema and two restaurant units. (AFL, Specification and Lease). - Secured Outline and Detailed planning applications for site- negotiated S106 agreement with the Council- ran design team meetings and all public consultations. - agreed deal with Pocket Living to be affordable housing provider. - worked closely with internal residential specialist to design the 130 private flats. - reviewed opportunities for disaggregation of residential into separate blocks and investment opportunities, including BTR. Development Manager of Garratt Lane, Wandsworth. - Given responsibility for site worth £10k, plagued with rights of light issues. - Agreed joint marketing and sale contract with Wandsworth Council, who owned adjoining site. - Ran feasibility and secured successful pre-app with Council. - Sold both sites for over £1m securing a profit of c.£500k for the company.
