Born and raised in Blakely, Georgia, Will graduated from the University of Georgia magna cum laude with a degree in Public Relations, and he then received his Juris Doctor at the Mercer University Walter F. George School of Law in Macon. He continued his education at the University of Florida Levin College of Law, where he earned his LL.M. in Taxation. Will and his wife, Amelia, are active members of Ingleside Baptist Church.
