About Will Thorne

I love working with people and bringing stories to life.My directorial debut feature Silent Night, a British crime thriller with black comedy, released theatrically in the UK and premiered on Sky Cinema. It is now streaming on Netflix UK and Hulu in North America.I set up Break Em Films to develop independent films, and produced a feature length documentary about Nike Air Jordans called One Man and His Shoes, which was selected for SXSW and the London Film Festival before featuring on Storyville and the BFI Premiere season on BBC2.I am currently part of the BIFA Springboard programme, developing my next directorial narrative and documentary feature films.Nominated for the 2020 BIFA Discovery award / Long-listed for 2020 BIFA Breakthrough Producer / Shortlisted for the 2016 BFI Vision AwardsLets chat... will@breakemfilms.com
