Key ResponsibilitiesCampaign Management - Full service, best in class management for artists The Temperance Movement, The Boxer Rebellion and The Duke Spirit,, delivering campaigns with release partners, Fiction/ Polydor, UMG, Kobalt Music Group, Concord Music Group, BMG, Bella Union, PIAS, Amplify Music plus major digital distributor services Tunecore / Believe, AWAL, Distrokid and Ditto.The marketing function requires full responsibility for managing artists’ CRM, understanding fully the relationship between artists and their fanbases, creating a cultural voice and tone and translating that through social network strategy and functionality, exploiting all key innovation points across all platforms. Content creation, production and delivery of core assets, creating 'on brand' experiences for and engagement with D2C and B2B markets, targeted events, advertising and brand partnerships.Full oversight of the live sector, from booking to fulfilment in the World’s biggest live markets working with promoters AEG, Live Nation, Kilimanjaro, Goldenvoice, Broadwick Live, DHP, SJM in most major territories from small clubs to theatres and arenas, to supporting The Rolling Stones on their 14 On Fire and Zip Code tours and major UK, European and North American music festivals.Key Achievements• Dramatically increased client revenue by 600% showcasing UK domestic chart success and wins at the Classic Rock Awards to the North American market, securing a $100,000 record deal and $500,000 investment in the band’s live business by Live Nation. This led to an iHeart Media ‘One’s To Watch’ accolade and 8 weeks at No.1 on the Canadian Active Rock Chart.• Created content strategies to drive a fivefold increase in social media engagement that was to be the cornerstone for growing ticket sales from London’s Water Rats to a sold out Forum in under 18 months. I built in pre-sale dynamics with ticketing partner Ticket Web driving data and revenue sharing.
