I embrace Savills transparent, multi-disciplined approach to ensure that the best real estate solution and strategy are in place for tenants, buyers and sellers alike.Having worked on several multi-national occupier accounts, I'm highly versed in the nuances of the leasing world with experience spanning from traditional lease renewals, all the way to complex lease versus acquisition/development assignments across the country. As a result, I bring a keen eye on behalf of clients in helping them to identify key areas of exposure and value creation Coupled with my extensive occupier leasing experience, I'vehas been fortunate to represent a number of regional and institutional investment firms for the disposition and acquisition of commercial office and industrial property across the country. I work closely with Savills' internal Cross Border Teams to leverage the best connectivity on behalf of clients who are looking for maximum exposure to global capital. .I've participated in several high profile transactions totaling over $1 billion in volume including headquarters leases spanning from Southern California to the East Coast. Notable clients include several global organizations such as - JVCKenwood, Tesla Motors, Kumho Tire, and Fortress Investment Group, among many others.I am fluent in business Mandarin and am licensed in Texas and California.
