Father, Son, Husband, Entrepreneur, National Scholastic Chess Champion, Ironman. I focus on the intersection of technology, commercial real estate and data. A background in Computer Science from Dartmouth, and CRE Finance & CMBS Securitization work experience have been invaluable to me. When I helped found Rockport at the beginning we had no clients, a couple part timers, and were up against multiple $100 million+ funded competitors. Today those competitors are gone and we help hundreds of companies originate, underwrite, manage and value their CRE backed assets totaling more than $1.5 Trillion in active AUM and 1 Billion+ data points. Helping roll out and run Chess programs in public schools. In the first 2 years we were able to reach~15% of the entire student body voluntarily choosing to come to chess at lunch. We have found ways to make the program need blind and accessible to all students regardless of ability to pay. It has been a pleasure to work with the nationally renown instructors and staff at NSCF (https://nscfchess.org/) who provide the instructors and have done so for schools for 40+ years.
