In the first 2 years we were able to reach~15% of the entire student body voluntarily choosing to come to chess at lunch. We have found ways to make the program need blind and accessible to all students regardless of ability to pay. It has been a pleasure to work with the nationally renown instructors and staff at NSCF (https://nscfchess.org/) who provide the instructors and have done so for schools for 40+ years.
