Will has spent the past 15 years learning the ends and outs of commercial real estate in Middle Tennessee including gaining extensive experience in the development, financing, leasing, and management of retail, medical office, and mixed-use properties. As development principal he has been directly involved and responsible for the completion of approximately $70 Million in development projects. Will has developed a deep passion for creating unique places that help serve and connect communities using his gifts to revive places throughout middle Tennessee by being a creative problem solver, reimagining opportunities, and keeping integrity at the core of every decision.

Manage retail and office development pipeline including entitlements, design, leasing, construction, and property management.
