Responsible for upstream and downstream aspects of global product launch for Zimmer PSI Shoulder.Patient specific instrumentation (PSI) for shoulder arthroplasty is an innovative technology which employs preoperative CT imaging and 3D-printed intraoperative guides to improve the accuracy of implant placement with the goal of increased performance and longevity of the reconstruction. This is especially important in the shoulder where intraoperative visibility is limited and the implant positioning can have significant impact on the function and longevity of the joint. Responsibilities included:• Interfacing with Key Opinion Leaders to define requirements and set the direction for new product development and strategic planning• Articulating value proposition, customer segmentation, development of marketing messages, collaterals, training materials, and selling approach, sales forecasting, and financial modeling.• Leading marketing team to develop an immersive customer experience at the national academy meeting, and collaboratively developing an impactful and motivating training experience for over 1200 salespeople at the national sales meeting.• Collaboratively leading an international team of engineers to bring their ideas and efforts into the marketplace. Communicating with surgeon customers and sales team to capture and prioritize refinements.• Recognized by Divisional and C-level management as fostering an exceptional collaboration, embodying launch excellence and driving positive results in a complex business environment.
