I have been working as a doctor in the NHS since 2016, and in paediatrics since 2018. Since embarking on my specialty training, I have been based in Cambridgeshire working in a number of environments including tertiary centres, District General Hospitals and Community Paediatrics. I regularly manage multiple patients of varying acuity and am familiar with management planning in both short and long term settings.My training has allowed me to develop strong team working skills and leadership. I have learnt how to deal with high-stress situations and intense workloads. I pride myself on my excellent communication skills with both my colleagues but also my paediatric patients and their families.Outside of medicine, I have always been very interested in the progression of technology and am excited by the ways in which tech can revolutionise healthcare.
