Reporting to the VP of Marketing, I am responsible for managing design projects from concept to delivery. I also manage two direct reports (Graphic Designer and Video & Graphic Content Manager). I collaborate across the marketing department to create communication materials that successfully articulate the key messages and differentiators of the Equiton brand, as well as ensure the quality and completion of all work projects assigned to the creative team.• Leads strategic design brainstorms, partnering with marketing team members to ideate solutions and creative ways to use design for storytelling.• Conceptualize and design effective sales tools such as PowerPoint presentations, Video Presentations, Product Sheets and Annual/Quarterly Reports for Stakeholders.• Manage the creation of assets including newsletters, white papers, infographics, creatives for social media, email and landing page templates, advertising banners etc.• Development of creative concepts for a variety of target markets and execution of digital ads across a variety of platforms such as Google, Facebook, Email.• Liaise with other members of the marketing team to create strategic brand and lead generation creative campaigns.• Act as the brand steward to ensure all marketing communications materials follow brand standards.• Maintain a library of content and source files.

Responsible for providing graphic creative and technical support in the development of the College’s internal and external communications and marketing initiatives, for print and various multimedia channels and digital publications, and all of the Colleges photography and video requirements, to accurately reflect the College’s priorities, brand, recruitment and advancement targets.Create original design concepts and layouts of various print and digital materials- Work directly with the Head of College, Board members, Principals, Faculty and Staff to help direct and implement communication initiatives of the College, ensuring their vision is executed- Creation of donor and stakeholder reports, including meetings with donors to ensure accuracy of their vision-Created design templates to increase workflow productivity- On-site photographer for College events- Photography for marketing initiatives, advertising, promotional etc.- Videography for virtual events, presentations and promotional materials- Managing the selection and hiring of external photographers and videographers, including working closely with them to direct shoots on and off-site, manage timelines and curating final creative submitted- Monitored outgoing work for quality assurance- Conducted training for existing employees- Coordinate logistics relating to print requirements, posters, banners, and any other materials to increase the College’s profile and promote College activities- Maintain and update the existing website, including the creation of new pages, sections and new sub-sites, using the Blackbaud website management cloud-based software (WordPress framework): hsc.on.ca- Contributing to the social media strategy, including the creation of original content and management of the posting schedule- Assisting with large-scale event coordination and preparation- Familiar working in a fast paced team environment while meeting tight deadlines
