I am currently a senior at Indiana University studying information systems & business analytics. My interest in business was sparked in eighth grade when I began reselling collectable sneakers. Since then, I have established my own business and conducted over one-thousand successful transactions. The creation of my own business gave me first hand sales experience, showed me the ups and downs of entrepreneurship, and strengthened many vital skills such as problem solving, creative thinking, and teamwork. Due to the competitiveness of this market, I had to find creative ways to sell sneakers and incorporate that into my business. By doing this I gained an edge on my competitors and outsold my rivals. I plan to use this background in conjunction with my creativity and education from Indiana University to gain an advantage in whatever I do. Regardless of my environment, I will be able to apply these skills because of my relentless work ethic and unwavering determination. I am looking to use my prior business knowledge and professional skills to pursue a career in the field of business.
