I previously worked as an Administrator in the Support Team of Fenero Tax & Accounting. Our business was focused exclusively on two niche areas: tax solutions to contractors and income tax services to company directors, landlords and sole traders.In my previous role as IT Support in Big Wave Media Training I was responsible for the overall running of the Training Centre which would include the complete IT Setup of each Training room. I would also travel to numerous different Training Centre’s around Ireland to set up Training rooms and courses which would have up to 20 students in each. In Sigma Telecom I worked on numerous projects in my role as Helpdesk Administrator and also provided Technical support to all staff for all IT related issues which required good Interpersonal and Communication skills. While working on the design and testing of many Internal & External websites I was required to use my own initiative and show a great attention to detail.In my previous employment in Vision Consulting I worked in 3 different roles over a 10 year period and was required to work with Clients and Customers on their requirements.
