Achievements:- Consolidated over 20 subsidiaries and 30 projects company with over 1 billion US dollar revenue.- Identified and resolved complex accounting issues on M&A,financial instruments and projects revenue recognition.- Designed and implemented financial model for project budgeting and revenue forecasting.- Become proficient in USGAAP, legislations and tax systems through preparing quarterly and yearly financial reports and accounting issues analysis.- Succeeded setting up and testing Hyperion system on project line.Responsibilities:- Supervise and prepare monthly and quarterly closing, including proper group consolidation and management reporting for over 20 entities and over 30 projects companies.- Prepare quarterly and yearly financial reports satisfying requirements of SEC and USGAAP.- Prepare group end of quarter analysis and group outlook in quarterly earnings release.- Prepare group management reports with financial statement analysis, including revenue,OPEX, inventory, project assets and working capital efficiency analysis.- Develop and prepare group Annual Operating Plan including developing annual finance budget template and supervise the expense forecast information uploading by each cost centre in the HFM planning system. - Prepare consolidation financial statements for regional and project companies as management request.- Solar Power Plant projects revenue, cost and cash flow forecasting through implementing financial model.- Assist the finance teams in technical accounting matters and prepare accounting memo for complicated accounting issues.- Liaise with external auditor and prepare audit schedule.
