These athletes compete primarily domestically within the UK, though once a year they will target an international competition, within the USA or mainland Europe. We are looking to bring more to our members within CrossFit APC. We have several business to business relationships, from supplement companies, local amateur sports teams, local businesses, health and wellbeing therapist, nutritional assistance, and others. If you feel you have something that would benefit our members or coaches, please reach out as we will always read an opportunity to improve CrossFit APC as a business.

Strength And Conditioning CoachBattlefield Fitness Uk May 2015 - Dec 2023Glasgow, United KingdomAs a strength & conditioning coach I help clients achieve their fitness and health goals through motivating and educating them. It’s much more than giving out exercise orders; Personal Trainers save lives. At Battlefield Fitness UK we as coaches identify goals (e.g. increase strength, improve fitness, weight loss) and create tailored plans for ever individual suiting their lifestyle and current abilities. At Battlefield Fitness UK I take One-to-One and/or Group SessionsThis is the best part – where as a strength and conditioning coach I get to take my client or clients through their exercise program. The sessions need to challenge my clients, and they should be fun and always be a step towards to the client’s goals. The client may not always be enthusiastic about taking part in the session so this draws on my motivational skills.Educating ClientsGaining new qualifications, attending workshops and fitness events, and reading the latest research ensures I keep up-to-date with fitness and nutrition information, so I can pass this on to educate my clients. Networking and coordinating with other professionals is also great for my learning, referrals, and comparing philosophies to constantly better my career in fitness.
