• Monitors performance of team members to ensure timely delivery of services.• Provides front line supervision of Client Service staff including performance reviews, disciplinary meetings, time and attendance tracking and documentation as appropriate.• Provide ongoing coaching, motivation and feedback to all employees to deliver excellent, knowledgeable customer service.• Interviews candidates for open positions and trains new employees on departmental policies and procedures.• Communicates department updates via email and team meetings.• Handles escalated calls or problems. • Reviews patient files to ensure quality of services are provided and compliance goals are met.• Provides substantive input to identify areas of improvement and departmental needs to management; analyzes department statistics and identifies trends to be used in quality control and improvement initiatives.• Works collaboratively with all departments, outside vendors and customers as needed to support service delivery goals and values.• Supports and enforces all company policy & procedures maintains patient privacy and confidentiality under requirements of federal and state law, including HIPAA, and in accordance with company Policy.
