Deployment of a global Customer Success operation to improve our customer journey, identification of risk and opportunities. Building on previous experience in CRU and Customer Success we apply a tiered and scaled approach to ensure we support our business growth strategy.

Responsible for designing Customer Success Systems and Processes in order to support clients of our Asset level data services solution. Enabled the expansion of Customer Success to our new product launch with a view to scale across our analysis business.

The Multi-Commodity team at CRU acts as a central service, facilitating internal and external facing projects across our business. Day to day I was responsible for operations with Fitch Ratings - our strategic partner in the financial space. This involved regular interactions with Fitch analysts, creation of commodity outlooks, cost analysis and more recently a focus on carbon emissions in the wider industry. In addition to the role my key areas of focus were in optimizing process, data analytics and taking a fundamental view of the commodity markets.

An encouraging Cu-Zn-Au-Ag-Co prospect situated within the highly prospective Arabian-Nubian-Shield of Northern Ethiopia. The greenfield Daro exploration project has discovered Cyprus-type volcanogenic massive sulphide base metal and shear zone hosted gold mineralisation. This project utilised petrography, geochemistry and advanced laboratory techniques to provide evidence for the progression of this project for subsequent geophysical investigation.

Project:Application of ground magnetometry to delineate dyke-related oilfield compartmentalisation of the Tsimiroro oil field, Morondava Basin, MadagascarThe Tsimiroro licence is a structurally complex oilfield that is characteristed by heavy oil which is segmented by high angle faults and continuous dyke bodies. Due to the thermal recovery process an accurate knowledge of these structures is crucial for its subsequent extraction.A previously collected airborne magnetometry dataset allowed imaging of dykes from 5-10m in thickness, following the completion of the first phase of the project the team was able ot delineate dykes of 0.8m in thickness. Utilising my knowledge gained from my previous time at ERCL, I was tasked with assisting other interns in the systematic approach to the expansion of this project.

Project:Application of ground magnetometry to delineate dyke-related oilfield compartmentalisation of the Tsimiroro oil field, Morondava Basin, MadagascarFollowing a previous investigation with airborne geophysics, it was found that the resolution of the dataset was not sufficient for the requirements of Madagascar Oil and a ground-based expansion project was proposed. The aim of the which was to conduct an accessibility study, followed up by fieldwork and interpretation of ground-based magnetometry data collected in the Tsimiroro region of Madagascar.I was also tasked with collating and digitising regional geological maps of onshore/offshore Mozambique for use by the field geology team on remote devices. This allowed me to refine my ArcGIS skills for use during my degree studies.
