Construct, implement and maintain Fixed Income and Equity Indices, both custom and standard, in support of Fidelity's asset management division. Involves working with internal and external clients to obtain and source all index data as well as trouble shoot data delivery and quality issues. Overseer of various process efficiency projects improving the groups functionality. Frequent volunteer for projects benefiting my group and the firm as a whole.

• Review and rebalance 35 clients’ portfolios as necessary, based on risk tolerance and the current economic environment on a quarterly, or ad hoc basis. • Conduct Monte Carlo simulations with EnCorr through MorningStar Direct. • Calculate Tax Payments using BNA Tax Planning software. • Produce tax returns (W-2, 1099, and K-1 forms) for clients. • Construct net worth statements, meeting packages, and estate flowcharts for client meetings. • Moderate internal conflicts between Operations and Wealth Planning to reduce bottle-necking catalyzing efficiency and company productivity. • Prioritize ad hoc projects to ensure timely completion.• Managed account administration on behalf of clients.• Stored and reconciled client data through Advent and ByAll Accounts software. • Produced and resolved issues for 75 clients’ asset summary reports. • Tracked and uploaded mutual fund returns using MorningStar Direct for RINET’S models. • Maintained contact with separate account managers and hedge funds to ensure accuracy of reporting.
