Working Responsibility:*Media & KOL Communications-Build up and maintain the relationship of auto, luxury, lifestyle, and general media through daily communications & visiting-ADV content creation & layout design coordination, develop the media strategy for the communication objective & projects to deliver the key message and maximize the coverage exposure-Liaison with the relevant media KOLs for WOM, build up and expand the KOLs pool*Day-to- day Communications-Client Liaison: Communicate with client on daily basis, coordinate with client to cooperate with other departments and agencies.-Vendor and 3rd party Management: Control the budget, expense, working process & job allocation*Program Planning-Yearly communication plan developing and management of the significant brand events-Work with in-house PR director on the execution of the PR and media plan to achieve the objective*Content Developing-Draft the content of press release, social content, feature article, briefing book, media Q&A and executive's speech-Draft competitor intelligence, warp-up report and flash report of the events*Project Supporting and Management-Execute the brand and product launch event, road show, press conference and test drive-Negotiate with celebrity agent and coordinate the product shooting with celebrity-Logistic and hospitality management: transportation and freelancer training-Interview coordination for the brand executive and KOLs-Follow up and reporting
