After accepting voluntary redundancy with my previous company due to covid, I started with a young recruitment company based in Portsmouth. This company has been a breath of fresh air with a unique take on recruitment, focusing on customer experience.I have been taken on board to help grow their HVAC Industry, whilst also growing some industries that I have not been involved with over the years with ITs.

I started with this company as a Recruitment Consultant with an old colleague from my previous company in a brand new start up within an already very strong brand, albeit within the Construction Industry. After a strong start within the company I was offered to take up shares within the company and to join as a director. We have faced a couple of challenging years starting a new business from scratch but are now facing a very strong future with a growing team.

I started my career with this company in Fareham working with Service Engineers across various industries within the Commercial, Retail, Industrial and Domestic sectors.
