Will started his career at Apple after being selected to join a global leadership development program and went on to lead a range of post-sale and customer experience teams across EMEA.After four successful years he moved into the start-up world and founded the customer success team at Hired; an AI driven hiring marketplace for technology talent and later moved to New York to head up the North America business. Will led the strategic and operational efforts of preparing the company for IPO scale and pivoted the strategic exit strategy from IPO to acquisition throughout the pandemic. After taking the company through a successful exit with Adecco, Will joined Hopin.Here he scaled the global customer success organization and developed a range strategies to drive scale, retention and grow ARR while also integrating five M&As across the GTM org, while the company grew from 90 FTE to 1,100. Throughout this period of unprecedented hyper-growth, Hopin raised over $900M securing a $7.78Bn valuation. After building the scaled CS team, Will restructured the organization to serve the entire customer base from Scaled to MM and Enterprise, later to move on to his next challenge at TripActions, now rebranded to Navan. Within the first 90 days at Navan, Will pivoted the reactive CS organization to a proactive, strategic and results focused CS team. With this stabilized foundation he then evolved the org into a full scaled Account Management team whom owned the customer experience from activation through to renewal, incorporating this strategic development in line with the company's global rebrand. Will then joined Perry to lead GTM and Customer Success, growth and scale. Will is passionate about building and developing teams, investing in people and driving meaningful results for businesses that actually enrich people's lives. Outside of work Will is a track-runner, explorer and he tries his best to surf, but this is still a work in progress.
