Jack is very approachable and has a pleasant demeanor, which is quite desirable in a safety position. Jacks' communications skills came into play in our Morning Safety Meetings which were very interactive and high energy. His ability to communicate with the crowd and impart safety information in a fun and lighthearted way helped lead our Duck Creek location continue its "no recordable incidents" record throughout his tenure. That is quite a feat considering the tens of thousands of man-hours that transpired during his time on site.
