ASP.NET PROJECTS:---------------------------------Designed and implemented the FazaClo Patient Registry web site for tracking the white blood cell count of patients receiving FazaClo to prevent agranulocytosis. Wrote code to generate and stream PDF reports to the client browser. Used SQL Server 2000 as the backend database. Implemented a user / group / permission system to control access to various parts of the system. Designed and implemented the RAMWare site for field service representatives to schedule and track work at retail outlets. Created a reusable, database drive web control for presenting questions and recording results. Supported uploading pictures and files as a question type. Dynamically scaled and streamed pictures from the database to the client. Extended the National Dermatopathology Laboratory web site to allow physicians to log in and retrieve PDFs of patient biopsies. Created a simple web site for Healthcare Communications Group to track patient information for potential enrollment in clinical trials. C PROJECTS:---------------------Wrote the real-time SWIR and MWIR camera control software for the MSTI III satellite. The software was responsible for initializing the hardware, performing background data acquisition, computing statistics, filtering, centroiding, target acquisition and tracking, and communicating with the SC7 (the payloads main processor board). Used 34030 assembly for the time critical inner loop. Coded an algorithm as a test article for integration into the surveillance test bed, in support of the Brilliant Eyes Program Office. Wrote a FITS graphics file format conversion utility. IDL (Interactive Data Language) PROJECTS:-----------------------------------------------------------------:Learned IDL and used it to develop a PC hosted tool for viewing and manipulating SASSI™ output data. Used IDL to model the interaction between gamma particles and a photo sensor substrate. Used the IDL graphic capabilities to display a 3D view of the radiation dispersion pattern to verify that the simulation was set up correctly. ACCESS PROJECT:------------------------------Wrote data conversion routines to parse and convert text files for importing into the Access information Management System (AIMS) database. Designed and implemented custom report routines in Access BASIC. System Administrator for the Silicon Graphics Indigo Workstation:Performed tape backups, added and removed users,, installed new hardware and software, and maintained usage logs Wrote and updated the Automated Information System Standard Procedures (required by DoD) document.
