About Willa Roos
I combine my love of making stuff, my fascination with human behavioural and psychology, and my curiosity about how things work into an approach to UX that's fulling and rewarding, both personally and professionally. As a designer, I believe I can be thrown into most situations, and I'll figure it out, learn if I need to, or ask for help if I can't. My approach to work echoes my approach to life, whereby I tackle things enthusiastically, connect deeply, move quickly, and care greatly about the outcome. My product journey has taken me from startups to corporates, and everything in between. I've spent a number of years freelancing, which is the lifestyle I like most! I usually use these periods to travel and explore our amazing planet. I've been rewarded with being able to base myself in some of the most beautiful places I've ever seen. I feel strongly about our responsibility as designers to use our skills to contribute meaningfully, ethically, and positively to our world, and so these are the types of projects I would love to get involved with more.
