As a Digital Strategist with Bonfire, I worked closely with our Account Managers & Executives to plan and execute digital marketing campaigns for our many clients. In this strategy role, I was primarily non-client facing. We took our client's business goals, then translated them into actionable SEO strategies. Being involved in the technical implementation & post-strategy reporting has been an amazing experience. I’ve been fortunate enough to work alongside some of Australia’s top SEOs here at Bonfire on some very interesting and diverse campaigns. As a Digital Strategist, you have an opportunity to be very proactive with your planning and scheduling. However, diagnosing problems that inevitably arise and creating a plan of action to fix these problems was also incredibly rewarding. You learn very quickly that somethings are not what they seem, and often it’s only by conducting a thorough in depth analysis that you uncover the true cause of a situation.

Vice President & founding member of the Curtin Debate Club. The club works together to conceive, co-ordinate and facilitate debates for our members and others to participate in and enjoy. It was really rewarding to help new members compete in their first debates.

I worked with some truly fantastic sales professionals at Carpet Call. Our branch sales team were the top dogs in the industry. My now good friend and mentor James Dunkley showed me how to become a member of the winning team. We consistently broke sales targets and still have some unbroken records.

As a young and optimistic teenager I became involve with the Kirby company as a front line door-to-door salesman. I would have to say this was an intriguing industry that was perfect for an energetic, young and aspiring kid to learn some valuable life lessons.
