Setting up and operating the DVSport computer and monitors for University of Washington sporting events. The DVSport computer and monitors record and display video of sporting events in real time for the purpose of official reviews conducted on the court by myself and Pac 12 referees during games. The DVSport computer is fed video from a production truck via HD-SDI cables. It is my job to insure the video feeds, computer, and monitors are all functioning properly.For women's volleyball, I control the "shuttle" which is a physical device with various playback-related buttons and sliders that allow for an official review to be conducted. For women's basketball, I also typically control the shuttle. For men's basketball, the referees usually control it. I am also in charge of sending out reports post-game, and have helped to train other potential Instant Replay Technicians.Replay systems were added for Baseball and Softball at UW in 2023. I oversaw the installation of these systems, and have since been working these sports as an Instant Replay Tech. For Baseball and Softball I am up in the booth at the field, and the referee is on the field. I talk with the referee over a wireless headset and they view a duplication of my screen using a field monitor. Using what I show them, they make their review.

1 day out of the week I do technological support for installation technicians just like I did in my previous role at Comcast.The rest of the week I manage the routing of residential and business technicians within a designated area. Since starting, my area has been a city in the bay area of California. This role involves assigning jobs to technicians based on various factors (location/status of previous job/work load), communicating with technicians and their supervisors as necessary, modifying technician schedules when they make callouts, and ensuring technicians are punctual.

Responsible for providing technological day of job support to Comcast's field technicians serving residential customers. Accountable for individual results and impact on team. We were about 100 people helping remotely all of the Comcast residential installation technicians in the western half of the United States. My transfer rate to Subject Matter Experts was around 1%.Common reasons for techs to call in would be: troubleshooting onscreen errors on cable boxes, internet issues related to MOCA/PNC or incorrect provisioning/boot files, no dial tone on phones, addition of equipment to a work order, general hardware troubleshooting, rebundling customers into better plans/ verifying the proper rate codes are associated to their account, guidance on technician's job, creating requests for drop buries, modifying equipment statuses in order for it to be properly stored and accessible within our inventory, assisting with phone number porting, etc.

First-tier response for UW Athletics providing support for Microsoft Windows and macOS systems. Common tasks included: managing user accounts and groups, installing software, providing remote assistance, helping users interface with a Windows Server file and printer share, and imagining new laptops and desktops for employees. Answered tickets in a ServiceNow environment.Also included working with the IPTV system used by UW athletics to control over 600 displays, as well as providing game day technical support for UW sporting events.
