• Created new Labor Router Standards to streamline and determine proper allocated labor hours to the ENTIRE list of saleable product lines, which included approximately 1200 variations. Assisted Marketing with resources.
• Successfully developed and implemented a new product line for Builders to attract a market share not previously involved in.
• Successfully developed and implemented a new product line (consolidation of 2 product lines) to streamline product configurations, features, and experiences, all while designing and developing new jets and electronics.

• Developed, designed and implemented new jets designs (patented 2006) which reduced warranty costs.
• Designed and developed a new Luxury unit for Mexico based specifically on customer requirements. Product was intended for and designed for newly constructed high-rise buildings. Unique considerations were used based on.
• Inspected patterns, tooling, and first article to ensure conformity to design specifications.
• Finalize product and graphic designs using computer-aided drafting and drawing programs (AutoCAD and SolidWorks).
