Currently, I am a Clinical Mental Health Counseling graduate student studying at Mid-America Christian, where I am learning how to investigate and serve the psychological needs of individuals, families, groups, organizations, institutions, and communities. In which, I will eventually become a Licensed Professional Counselor in Oklahoma.Even more, I am actively seeking a part-time position where I can utilize my ability to think critically, solve problems, and provide the appropriate level of contextual leadership. My professional-managerial-capability is grounded in 15-years of operational-hospitality management. My background and education have provided me with many capacities for a management position with specific-to-broad human resources functions, as well as a knack for strategic-operational-leadership that would benefit a prospective organization. Primarily for casual to up-scale-casual classic brands like Steak and Ale, Bennigan’s, Don Pablo’s and edgier concepts like Fox and Hound. My niche was kitchen management; however, my skill was often applied to the Service and Beverage aspects of the industry including General Management. My restauranteur background has certainly provided me with a diverse environment that has honed my Operational and Human Resource Management skills.
